Broccoli

Tomato
The tomato is a low calorie food packed with nutrition. Red tomatoes have up to four times the amount of beta carotene as green tomatoes. The avocado is a great source of monounsaturated fatty acids, potassium, vitamin E, B vitamins, and fiber. It’s potassium content is twice to three times that of a banana, and on the other side of the coin it also has about three time the amount of calories of a banana.
The unsaturated oil content of avocados is second only to olives among fruits and sometimes greater. the fat content is about twenty times that of other fruits. The oleic and linoleic acid in avocados may also help lower cholesterol levels.
How about a tomato and avocado salad with olive oil and shaved parmesan cheese as a light healthy snack.
Mushrooms
White button mushrooms are a wonderful source of many minerals including selenium, copper, potassium, zinc and phytochemicals. Furthermore they are also an excellent source of B vitamins, thiamine, riboflavin, pantothenic acid and niacin.

An anthocyanin flavonoid called nasunin found in the skin of eggplants, helps remove excess iron out of the body. although iron is san essential nutrient and is necessary for oxygen transport in the body, normal immune functions and collagen synthesis, too much is not a good thing either.
